8. oktoober - Euroopa autorite päev

8. oktoobril tähistatakse Euroopa autorite päeva. Selle puhul korraldakse vebinar, mis eestikeelsena kõlab järgmiselt: „Valmis? Läks? Loe! – Tule tähistama Euroopa autorite päeva #ReadForReal 2026”. Vebinari algus Ida-Euroopa aja järgi on kl 12 (kl 11 CET), osavõtt on tasuta.

Osalema oodatakse kõiki, kes soovivad tähistada Euroopa autorite päeva: raamatukogude, haridus- ja kultuuriasutuste töötajaid, organisatsioonide liikmeid ja kõiki teisi, kes soovivad edendada lugemist ning avastada koos laste ja noortega kaasaegset Euroopa kirjandust.
